MESS Entegre Geri Kazanım ve Enerji San. Tic. A.Ş has tendered the engineering work for industrial waste incineration plant with the capacity of 60 000 ton/year to Rast. The work realized by Rast comprises the following:
- Collection and evaluation of the necessary data
- Conceptual design and basic engineering works
- Preparation of tender documents
- Replying the technical questions of tenderers
- Technical evaluation of submitted tenders
- Improvement and finalization of contract condition of tenderers
According to the industrial waste incineration plant’s general working principle, the industrial waste accepted to the facility is firstly analyzed and due to the result of the analyses it will either directly stored in the storage are of the incineration plant or pre-treated. After that procedure, industrial wastes will be ready to be fed in rotary kiln. Later on, according to plant design parameter and operation limits, as well as taking into consider the treatment and energy effiency waste menu is determined.
After the combustion procedure in rotary kiln, the secondary combustion air is injected into the afterburner chamber. After the afterburner chamber flue gas enters first to the boiler for heat recovery purposes and then flue gas cleaning unit for treatment purposes.
